Being a Senior Recruitment consultant with Kelly (now Gi Group) has given me a wide scope on the recruitment industry. I started my career with the ambition to nurture business demands and needs. I have always been a natural curious minded person so I may ask the questions needed to paint the larger picture.

Within this time, I have had the opportunity to support on a number of key areas and business units whilst in Kelly Ireland - I work closely with clients in a number of industries including Renewables, Business Support, Technology and Finance. I have worked from the foundation that attention to detail, care and partnerships are key to my success with clients and candidates.

I have also built a large knowledge base in 3 key areas of Recruitment from Permanent, Temporary/Contracting and Payroll Services specialising in all for some time.
