As a Client Services Manager, I manage high volume recruitment expectations for clients. My daily tasks include prescreening candidates right to offer and issuing contractual documents. I also assist with HR administration tasks. My goal is to ensure that the candidate has the best possible experience with us right from the initial prescreen call to being placed in a role . I began working with Kelly (now Gi Group) back in May 2021. Previous to working in at Gi Group, I was working in private post secondary college in Vancouver, Canada and I have 5 years experience working in this field.
