Job Title: Account Manager – Fabrication Industry
Location: Mayo - On-site with some travel (Company van provided)
Salary: €90,000 – €100,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability: Some Saturday work (up to 5 hours max. Every third Saturday)

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly driven Account Manager for our client who a leading producer of stainless steel production lines with deep experience in the fabrication industry to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role focused primarily on maintaining and developing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a solid technical background and a hands-on understanding of fabrication, mechanical systems, or pharmaceutical production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with the company’s primary client, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
• Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver custom fabrication solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support project delivery from concept through to installation.
• Attend on-site client meetings and fabrication facility visits as needed.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and provide regular reports to management.
• Be available for occasional Saturday work (up to 5 hours max).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of stainless steel fabrication, especially in a production or industrial setting.
• Background in mechanical engineering or pharmaceutical manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proven account management or client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Full, clean driver’s license (company van provided).
