  • Develop, maintain, and optimise CAD/CAM systems, manufacturing workflows, and production documentation.
  • Drive improvements in ERP/MRP integration (e.g., product data, BOM structures, routing setup).
  • Standardise product configuration rules and cabinet libraries for efficient production.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across design-to-manufacture processes.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, automation integration, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure product designs comply with industry standards, safety requirements, and certification guidelines.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Liaise with suppliers to evaluate materials, hardware systems, and technical performance.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams from concept to launch.
  • Develop project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Report progress to senior leadership and escalate risks where necessary.
  • Coordinate change management for design updates, product revisions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, SolidWorks, Inventor, TopSolid).
  • Demonstrated experience optimising manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods, materials, hardware, and production techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and production data.
