Role: Production Manager
Location: Clare
Salary: 75-80k

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee all production cells and ensure the efficient and compliant manufacturing of certified reference materials in line with ISO17034 standards for Our Client. This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality production outputs and supporting continuous improvement across the department.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all production cells to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Supervise the Production QC Inspector, ensuring data collection aligns with the Quality Management System (QMS) metrics.
  • Collate and report quality data, providing insights and guidance to improve processes.
  • Support planning and execution of production activities related to certified reference materials, ensuring compliance with ISO17034.
  • Collaborate with Cell Leads to ensure production activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld throughout production operations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working within ISO-certified environments, particularly ISO17034, is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
