Job Description

GI Group is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Office-Based Sales Executive to join a busy and fast-paced operation within the tyre/automotive sector.
This role will support a high-volume sales and operations function and is suited to someone who is comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
This is not a quiet desk role. You will handle customer calls and emails, process orders, manage logistics, and develop strong product knowledge within the tyre industry. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide information on tyre sizes, products, and availability
• Support routing and delivery scheduling
• Maintain customer and order records
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse, and sales teams
• Assist across the department as required
