ProVerum is an early-stage medical device company who specialise in the design and production of innovative MedTech used in the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). ProVerum’s cutting edge solutions are revolutionising the treatment of BPH, a condition that affects more than 50% of men over the age of 50.

About the Role
The Warehouse Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, components, and medical devices while adhering to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Shipping Co-ordination: Assist R&D, Operations and Quality teams with preparing shipments and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely shipment of components, materials and products.
• Material co-ordination: Manages the movement and storage of components, materials and products within the ProVerum warehouse and external storage facilities.
• Storage Organization: Ensure that components, materials and products are stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Operations and Quality team members and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and address any issues that may arise.
• Consumables Management: Manage the stock levels and ordering of consumables.
• Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.

What you will bring to the team

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
