Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Galway

Gi Group are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client in Galway on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is a night shift role and would work 5 nights per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Operating a counterbalance forklift
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• Manual handling certificate desirable (training can be provided)
