Warehouse Operator
Gi Group Ireland are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Operator with a leading manufacturer of bespoke kitchens based in County Roscommon.
The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for unloading and receiving of orders and ensuring all paperwork is correct and entering on ERP system. This a support role critical to ensuring production efficiency and timely delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, stock control and have strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills.

What you will be doing
- Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries on ERP system and check for discrepancies.
- Notify Stock Controller of any shortages / damages on deliveries
- Picking of stock in a timely manner for issue to manufacturing / assembly floor and advising Stock Controller of any shortages or issues
- Assist with regular stock cycle counts & checks
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and well organised
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and production areas
What you will bring to the role?
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift / Pallet stacker license a definite advantage
