Description


In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and strategic projects across the Facilities and Critical Systems teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining site efficiency, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement—all while developing your team and working cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily operations and projects within Facilities and Critical Systems to optimize safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.

  • Manage departmental budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues, using deep technical expertise to drive resolutions.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives.

  • Oversee multiple cross-functional projects, including contractor and vendor management.

  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting growth and technical excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including cleanroom and utility system requirements.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of leadership experience in a facilities or engineering environment.

  • Strong understanding of technical systems, including cleanrooms, HVAC, WFI, M&E, pest control, and BMS.

  • Demonstrated success managing projects and coordinating contractors.

  • Experience in sustainability and energy-efficient building systems is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential; AutoCAD experience preferred.
