Our client is looking for a lead IT Engineer to join their team. This is a full time permanent role.
- Act as a strategic partner to engineering teams, product owners, and technology delivery and operations groups to collect, analyze, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements for small to medium-scale projects. Translate these needs into architectural blueprints that align with broader business goals
- Bring deep expertise in application processes and integration best practices, complemented by strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity for engineering applications in close collaboration with global teams, maintaining full alignment with company policies and fulfilling responsibilities as a system owner.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across projects and processes, overseeing the development and execution of unit and system test cases, scripts, and plans.
- Drive IT efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline and rationalize the application portfolio—aiming to reduce operational costs and mitigate business risks.
- Support ongoing application compliance efforts through active collaboration with validation teams, ensuring regulatory and organizational standards are met.
- Foster a "One IT" culture by contributing to a collaborative, unified IT environment focused on delivering optimal outcomes for business stakeholders and customers.
- Apply architectural blueprints, enterprise standards, and simplification principles to deliver scalable, effective solutions that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Operate effectively within a global team, with opportunities for regional collaboration and international engagement.
- Demonstrate strong capability in translating business requirements into clear, functional designs that meet user and operational needs.

- A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Business Analyst, including successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Familiarity with GxP regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, MHRA), industry standards, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of implementation processes within engineering settings.
- Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches
