Our client is seeking a Learning Coordinator to support key enterprise initiatives that accelerate AI adoption, strengthen a growth mindset culture, and scale digital learning capabilities across our L&D community. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind large company programs—making sure sessions run smoothly, communications land well, data is tracked accurately, and participants feel cared for.
Please note this role is a 12 month contract.
Your responsibilities include
Program coordination & delivery support
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and/or in-person learning sessions (scheduling, invites, reminders, materials, tech checks, run-of-show support).
- Manage participant experience: registrations, confirmations, attendance follow-up, and support responses.
- Support facilitation needs (breakout room setup, polling, Q&A support, troubleshooting, etc.).
Communications & customer care
- Draft and send program communications (announcements, reminders, follow-ups, “what you missed” recaps) using approved channels/templates.
- Support engagement rhythms for:
- AI Champions Network (meetings, updates, learning resources, tracking participation)
- Learning Influencers Community of Practice (session operations, community updates, engagement nudges)
- Digital Learning Academy (promotion, coordination, communications, learner follow-through)
Tracking, reporting & learning operations
- Maintain accurate program tracking: attendance, completions, participation metrics, feedback results, and cohort lists.
- Support measurement routines (basic dashboards/spreadsheets, survey administration, qualitative feedback capture).
- Keep program documentation current (FAQs, SOPs, templates, runbooks).
Learning Hub Support
- Assist with coordinating resources and job aids (links, quick guides, “how-to” pathways), and routing questions to the right support channel.
- Support intake and triage of requests for extended-team consultancy services in system.
- Monitor queues, categorize tickets, route to owners, track progress, and maintain service updates to requesters.
- Identify common request themes and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues (aka: “let’s fix the root cause, not just the inbox”).
What we are looking for in you
Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting learning programs, training operations, HR/people operations coordination, or program coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating sessions end-to-end (scheduling, comms, attendance, learner support).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, audience-appropriate).
- Experience tracking program data (attendance, completions, basic reporting) using spreadsheets and/or LMS/LXP reporting.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting communities of practice, champion networks, or internal enablement communities.
- Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams/SharePoint) and comfort with learning new tools quickly (especially relevant for Learning Hub enablement).
- Experience with ticketing systems or service intake processes (triage, categorization, routing, status updates).
- Interest in AI adoption, digital upskilling, and/or change enablement.
Key competencies (success in this role looks like…)
- Planning & execution keeps many moving parts aligned; nothing slips through the cracks.
- Communication: messages are timely, accurate, and audience friendly.
- Customer focus / learner care: participants feel supported and informed.
- Adaptability: calmly handles last-minute changes (because calendars are chaotic).
- Continuous improvement: documents what works and improves what doesn’t.
