​ The Opportunity
​Gi Group is proud to partner with a premier mechanical engineering powerhouse currently undergoing a period of rapid international expansion. We are looking for a high energy Marketing Executive to act as the creative engine behind their brand.

​This isn't just a "social media" job. You will be at the heart of the business, working alongside senior leadership to influence how the company wins multi million euro tenders across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. If you want to see your marketing efforts translate into massive, real world infrastructure and builds, this is the role for you.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• ​ Strategic Campaigns: Designing and executing targeted B2B marketing to position the firm as the "partner of choice" for tier-1 developers.
• ​ The Winning Edge: Collaborating with the Pre-Construction and Tender teams to create high-impact bid content and presentations that secure major contracts.
• ​ Digital Growth: Taking full ownership of the digital ecosystem, including SEO strategy, web performance, and a high-engagement social media presence.
• ​ Lead Generation: Building smart funnels to identify new project opportunities and support the Business Development team’s outreach.
• ​ Event Management: Spearheading the company’s presence at international trade shows, exhibitions, and exclusive client networking events.

​ What We’re Looking For:

• ​ Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field.
• ​ Tech Savvy: Proven skills in content creation, digital analytics, and modern marketing software.
• ​ Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in Construction, Engineering, or a Technical Sector will give you a significant head start.
• ​ Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities, an eye for design, and the organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines.
