Job Title: Payroll Associate
Salary :

Reports to: Payroll Manager or Regional Payroll Lead
Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Payroll Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple countries across the EMEA region. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and an external payroll provider to ensure compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service delivery to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate outsourced payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring strict adherence to regional deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Validate payroll data, review reports, and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders such as People Services, Recruitment, Treasury, and Finance to support end-to-end payroll activities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and payroll adjustments.
  • Ensure payroll operations run smoothly and on schedule, delivering high levels of accuracy and employee satisfaction.
  • Review exception cases and special payroll transactions requiring manual intervention or customized processing.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal audits and statutory reporting.



About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country or EMEA-focused environment.
  • Proficient in preparing payroll input files, interpreting payroll outputs, and managing exceptions or adjustments.
  • Experience handling employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, compensation changes, and deductions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling and record keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and reporting tools; experience with outsourced payroll providers is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve processes.
