We are currently seeking a Person in Charge to lead our Clients Residential Service in Dunshane, near Naas, Co. Kildare.

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: €54,953 – €65,807 per annum, plus an on-call allowance of €3,904 per annum

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 QQI qualification – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
- Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or a relevant Management discipline
- At least 3 years’ senior management experience at a comparable level of responsibility, including demonstrable strategic planning experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the health, social care, or voluntary sector
- Demonstrated competencies and skills relevant to supporting individuals with an intellectual disability
