Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our clients construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Lead project teams including contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Monitor progress and performance, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of public works contracts is advantageous
